A service call is a diagnostic visit where our trained technician inspects your heating or cooling system, identify the root cause of any issues, and provide clear solutions. We don’t guess — we find and fix the real problem so you’re not dealing with repeat visits or temporary fixes.Diagnostic Price:$125 residential/$150 commerical for first hour of diagnostic testing, any time after this is at labor rates.
Labor Rate: $90 residential/$100 commercial per hour.
